I am offering free coaching taster sessions so you can experience coaching first-hand to see if this may be a good fit for you.

If you are not quite ready for a one to one taster session and would prefer to try coaching with a friend, I can arrange a joint session, just let me know.

Personal Life Coaching
All coaching packages begin with a complimentary 30 minute discovery conversation with me. This allows you to share what you are hoping to use your coaching for and is an opportunity for me to share with you my style of coaching, what you can expect from a session and other important contractual information. This allows us to ensure that coaching is right for you at thi moment in time and will enable you to make an informed decision as to which package is most suitable for you.
Single Coaching Session
£115
Ideal for those who have completed a programme of coaching and would like an additional ad-hoc coaching session around a particular situation.
Silver Package
£450
This builds on the 30 minute discovery call and offers you four sessions.
At the end of the course, we will have an additional 30 minute review session to assess your coaching experience to date and how you can take this forward. I will provide you with some tools and techniques to aid your ongoing journey.
Gold Package
£660
This builds on your 30 minute discovery call and offers you six coaching sessions.
At the end of the course, we will have an additional 30 minute review session to assess your coaching experience to date and how you can take this forward. I will provide you with some tools and techniques to aid your ongoing journey.
In addition, the Gold Package provides you additional support via email or telephone between sessions to help you stay on track.
Platinum Package
£1,296
This builds on your 30 minute discovery call and offers you twelve coaching sessions.
At the end of the course, we will have an additional 30 minute review session to assess your coaching experience to date and how you can take this forward. I will provide you with some tools and techniques to aid your ongoing journey.
In addition, the Platinum Package provides you additional support via email or telephone between sessions to help you stay on track and free access to one of my group workshops.
