Hi, I'm Jo

.. and I have the best job in the world!

I am so fortunate as I get to work with some amazing people every day, people who choose to work with me because they may feel stuck, lack confidence or feel overwhelmed. They are usually experiencing a significant change in their lives, either personally or professionally and they require additional tools and resources to move forwards.

This is where I can help and I get to see these same people make huge leaps forward from where they are initially at the start of our sessions to where they want to be in life and succeeding in what they set out to achieve.

I am honoured to be able witness my clients evolve, become more confident, certain and decisive in choosing the life they want to live and as a result becoming more productive, impactful, empowered, fulfilled and ultimately much more joyful and happy.

I came to coaching after a long career in Human Resources. I was working as a CIPD qualified HR Professional for large corporate companies. working with business leaders and management teams to enhance both individual and team performance within organisations and also helping to deliver, from an HR Perspective, significant change programmes and business re-organisations, the impact of which cannot be underestimated, both from an individual and organisational point of view.

I decided that 'Change' was an area that I felt I knew a little bit about, certainly from my own career point of view and also from a personal perspective. having experienced significant change myself during my life. As such, I felt this was an area that I could assist and support others with, so much so that I decided to take this forward and train to be a coach on a full time basis going forward. I am so glad I made this decision!

I would like to thank you for your interest in my website. I may be just a little bit biased but I believe coaching to be so incredibly worthwhile, productive and also great fun!

My goal is to help you re-imagine your life and create choice. With extensive experience in both Change Management and Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualised positivity approach will help you attain your goals.

Confidentiality

All of my Coaching relationships are built on openness, honesty and trust. As a client, you can expect that anything you say to me in our sessions is completely confidential.

Non Advisory

As your Coach, I support and encourage you to identify your outcomes, understand any obstacles and help you to achieve what you want to achieve. I do not provide advice, you have all the answers, my job is to help you find those answers and attain your goals.

Non Judgemental

We all arrive at this moment from completely different places, with completely different experiences of life and different perspectives. Our views of the world are very individual and personal to us. I respect and honour those differences and remain completely impartial and non-judgemental.

Taking Action

I understand that committing to changing aspects of your life is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot of dedication. Whilst you commit to taking action, I commit to providing you with accountability, understanding and support.

Walking the Talk

I believe so much in the power and the benefits of coaching that I have coaching myself and employ the services of other professionally qualified coaches. I am constantly seeking to enhance my skills and abilities as a coach as well as to continually develop and grow personally. I am also committed to my own Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and undertake further training on a regular basis to ensure my skills remain current.

Qualifications

I am CIPD qualified and a professionally trained coach with The Coaching Academy. In additon, I have qualified as an NLP Practitioner (member of the ANLP) and I am accredited to administer DISC Profiling.
