The demand for change both in a personal and corporate capacity has never been greater than it is today, Companies and employees are continually evolving, adapting and changing to keep pace with their environment.
During my HR career working with corporate companies, I have been involved in delivering significant change programs that support the corporate strategies and objectives. These change programs are essential for the company’s survival, however the impact on the leaders, managers and employees of the company cannot be underestimated as they are required to adapt to their changing environment.
I work specifically with business executives, individuals or teams that have challenges to overcome as a result of a significant organisational change event, this may involve re-structures or re-organisation of the way the Company operates resulting in the re-organisation of working practices, of teams, locations and closing of product lines. This may mean that employees are working in different teams, under new management, taking on new roles, being promoted or are being outsourced to other companies or unfortunately being, made redundant.
Change can often result in demotivation, performance issues and conflict whilst adjusting to the new way of working. As a Coach, I work with senior leaders, executives and employees to help them adapt, develop new skills and competencies, resolve conflict, increase focus, motivation and ultimately performance.
I also provide DISC Personality Profiling services and outplacement support for employees including one to one or group coaching, CV writing and job search support and retirement planning,
