Personal Life Coaching

The demand for change, both in a personal and corporate capacity, has never been greater than it is today. Our reaction to change is very personal and will impact us to greater and lesser degrees. Change is not always predictable and can create uncertainty or fear of the future which often affects self-esteem and confidence.


As a Professional Coach, I work specifically with individuals that are navigating their way through periods of significant change and transition in their personal lives, some examples are included below. 


Although change may sometimes be outside of our control, I believe how we respond to that change and our creation of choice and the decisions we make for moving forward, are where we hold the power.


Coaching helps clients to create choice, to feel more in control, empowered and resourceful. Clients can gain clarity on what they really want to achieve and can gain an understanding of what has been stopping them to date, we work together to identify how these obstacles can be overcome. 

I help my clients to explore different options and assist them to create practical, step by step action plans to reach their goals whilst providing ongoing support and encouragement throughout. I also provide my clients with tools, techniques, and strategies in order that they can reach their full potential in their changed environment.


I'm here (and on a mission) to support people in creating choice for themselves, feel more in control and increase their confidence so they can start to view the change event as an opportunity that they can use to build a positive future.

Health & Wellbeing

Our health is so important to our overall wellbeing and how we live our lives. At times during our lifetime, there may be occasions when our health is not as we would like it to be and we may want to make some changes, this may be in the area of fitness or exercise, nutrition, sleep or to help manage the symptoms of  hormonal change.


Coaching can support you in identifying any changes you wish to make, overcoming reasons that are stopping you, support you in your motivation and encourage your commitment.



Confidence and Self Belief

Any major change in our lives can affect our confidence and the beliefs we have about ourselves. Coaching will empower you to build your confidence in the area of your life that may be holding you back from achieving your dreams and your desires. 



Relationships

During our lives,  we may experiences changes in our relationships, whether that be with family members, significant others or in the workplace. Or, you may be considering a new relationship.. 


Coaching can help clarify what is important to you in any relationship, how you can best achieve what you are looking for, establish boundaries, identify any barriers  or obstacles that may be getting in the way and how to move forward.

Whether you are actively seeking a new career or a new role, considering your options following changes at work, considering a promotion or your own personal development, Coaching can be the catalyst you need.



Family

Changes to family groups or dynamics can have a huge impact on our lives , this may be as a result of  becoming a parent for the first time or children leaving home to go to university, losing a loved one or divorce. Coaching can help you to take stock of where you are now and create a plan for the future.



Retirement

Planning for retirement can be an exciting time for many whilst for some, approaching retirement can be a cause for concern. Coaching will ensure that you are confident, certain, motivated and excited for the next phase of your life.

Menopause

Coaching women through Peri-Menopause and Menopause is something I am incredibly passionate about. The Menopause or 'the Change' and its associated symptoms can make women feel that they no longer have control over their minds and bodies and can have an extremely detrimental impact on their quality of life over a significant time period.


Coaching helps women of all ages and stages of Menopause to navigate this transitional period, helping them to regain that control and improve their emotional and physical wellbeing. It helps women reconnect with their confident selves, re-energise their lives and achieve balance, clarity and calm in a natual way.
